how does the trial work?
- We send you an undershirt to try - you just pay $5. Your Trial lasts 14 days from the day of checkout (or 28 days if in Canada).
- We will send you up to three emails to remind you to provide us feedback about whether you would like to continue with Stork or not.
- If you like your first undershirt and would like to continue with Stork, just reply to let us know and we'll send you your first full pack of undershirts. If you'd not to continue, then we'll discontinue the subscription.
Please note that we do not offer the Trial to customers outside of the United States and Canada.
If you are located outside of North America and would like to become a Stork member please continue here for our International Membership.For Canadian trials, we will extend the Trial period to 4 weeks to account for the additional shipping time. We also do not offer the Trial to current Stork members, or folks who have ordered from Stork before.
i ordered a trial shirt, but i want to try a different size before i fully subscribe. what do i do?
Send us an email at email@example.com and we can send you another trial shirt for an additional $5. We'll make sure to get you what you need!
Can you please explain the recurring Stork Membership?
When you sign up for the recurring Stork Membership, you will receive semi-annual (every 6 month) shipments with the number of shirts that we recommend based on how often you wear undershirts.
You will be billed for every pack of undershirts that you receive right before they ship. Shipping is always free for members within the Contigious US, so you'll save on every pack!
What is your pricing model?
Undershirts are always $9 and under for members with free shipping. Pricing for non-members is $10 per shirt + $5 for shipping (US). See below for international shipping costs.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship out of our warehouse partner in Brooklyn, who ships through multiple carriers. Don't worry, we always choose the quickest route to get you your shirts ASAP.
What email address should I contact for a general inquiry?

Do you ship internationally?
International Shipping starts at $20, however it may vary depending on which country you are ordering from. We will always contact you before adding additional charges. If you choose to decline the additional shipping charges we will refund 100% of your order. Please also note that we cannot accept returns on International orders.
Shipping is not a profit center for us, we promise, we're just covering our own costs!
What is your return policy?
We’re confident that you’ll love our undershirts; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase to start the return process, and we will refund you the full amount minus a $5 re-stocking fee.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on the free trial shirt, and we cannot accept returns outside of 30 days after your order.

Do the shirts shrink?
Our shirts are 100% cotton - so yes, like any cotton garment they shrink in the washer/dryer. For best results, wash your shirt on a delicate cycle using cold water.
how much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free throughout the contiguous US, and we charge $5 extra to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and $10 to Canada.
WHAT IS YOUR Exchange POLICY?
If you need to exchange your shirts for a different size, let us know! Please email email@example.com to begin the exchange process.
How do you handle shipping for recurring orders - Do you ship every day of the month?
We ship member orders on the seventh day of each month, and will send a reminder (more of a suggestion) on the first of the month that you're due for new shirts.
Do I need to create an account to make an order?
Yes, but the checkout process automatically creates an account for you.
how do i change or cancel my subscription?
If you want to change or cancel your membership please visit our Member Requests (linked) page and follow the instructions. We will get back to you in 24-48 hours to confirm your request. The following items can be handled in the Member Request Page:
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
How can do i change my payment information for my membership?
To change your payment information please go to our plan management sign in linked here and follow the instructions.
As a member, Will I be contacted to remind me that my shirts are coming?
Yes. We will send an email at the beginning of the month that you are due to receive shirts.
When will I receive my shirts?
Most orders ship the next business day, and are shipped via USPS. Typical shipping time is 4-6 business days. For shipping to Canada please expect 10-14 days. If you are expecting a Trial shirt to Canada, we will lengthen your Trial to 4 weeks to account for the additional shipping time.
Can I create a custom pack?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate custom requests at the moment, but we do sell hybrid packs (Crews & Vs) which have half Crews and half Vs. In order to streamline our operations we cannot mix colors in the subscription, only when you buy single shirts.
Are you ever going to have more colors or other products?
We are happy to offer white and heathered gray undershirts in both Classic Crew and Modern V. Tune in for updates or ask us at firstname.lastname@example.org!
MoonClerk is our third-party subscription payment processor that you will enter as you check out. When you subscribe to Stork you will fill out your payment information via MoonClerk. MoonClerk is fully secure, and is simply the way we are able to process payments for your recurring undershirt subscription.
